Newgen Software Technologies Limited was founded and incorporated in 1992, in New Delhi, India. From the beginning, the company's Managing Director Mr. Diwakar Nigam and Chief Financial Officer Mr. T. S. Varadarajan were committed to striving for excellence within the software product development field.

Newgen will continue to use its technologies to benefit people as it pursues its objective of becoming a company that is loved by corporates throughout the world.

2011

Launched the shrink-wrapped versions of OmniDocs, OmniScan and SAP Image Enablement Solution
Newgen clients-Unilever and Future Group, declared winners of the Excellence Awards for F&A Transformation through Shared Services (Organizers: All India Management Association (AIMA) and Delhi Management Association (DMA))
