The report scores ECM vendors on a 28-point criteria evaluation on their current offering, strategy and market presence. The report recognizes Newgen as it grows globally with enhanced focus on analytics, scale, and mobility. Gaining high customer rating for capabilities such as BPM, metadata, and multichannel capture.
