File Movement & Tracking

Office Note Approval Process
Newgen's Egov Suite offers Office Note Approval module for automation of this process. E-Gov Office has an inbuilt web based editor to create Office Notes and send in a workflow for approval. All Noting / Commenting / Decisions are captured in the Note itself and are available in non-editable form for the Audit purpose.

Request to Information (RTI)
Citizens today submit the RTO applications through Web site or manually. These RTI applications are processes manually, leading to time delays as well as losing the purpose at times. Newgen provides a platform for automation of the RTI handling process. This results in better compliance, process transparency, better response times and citizen satisfaction.
Citizen Services
Most of government departments today have front end portals on which citizens can submit applications for availing services such as ration card, electricity, telephones, etc. However the back end processes for same are manual that result in delayed service to citizens. Newgen provides its BPM platform to automate processing of such service requests to various govt. departments and archiving citizen related documents.
Public Grievances
Public grievances relate to issues that public at large faces with respect to non availability of the services/wrong services, delayed services, etc. from government for which they are entitled. Handling of such grievances is decentralized and manual today in govt departments. Newgen provides its BPM platform to automate processing of such grievances to various govt. departments.
Pension Handling
All emplyoyee records, whether current or past employees are in paper form in govt. Processing of pensions for employees become a problem specially in cases where employees have retired long back and pay commission recommendations result in change in their pensions. In such cases, ientifying such old records and process these records to distribute right pensions to these old people is a challange for the govt departments. Moreover, timeslines have to be adhered to by these departments. Newgen provides its BPM framework for image based processing of pensions. |
