Talent development is a key strength of Newgen Software. Every new entrant in our company is guided closely by a mentor to ensure a smooth transition in the organization. A workshop mode is followed for Technical and soft skill Trainings to facilitate the concept of “Teach me, Show me, And Let Me Try”.

One of our key programs for development is our Self Evolution Program (SEP) – a unique, four-tiered program, with each tier focusing on different levels of maturity. The first stage focuses on “self-management”; the second stage on “building capability in team management”; third stage on “building organizational leadership capabilities”; and the fourth stage prepares for “inculcating values to make a good citizen” of the country of the country.
