Self Evolution Program (SEP) – a unique, four-tiered program,
with each tier focusing on different levels of maturity. The first
stage focuses on “self-management”; the second stage
on “building capability in team management”; third stage
on “building organizational leadership capabilities”;
and the fourth stage prepares for “inculcating values to make
