Newgen Participates in the ASSOCHAM BPO Summit
A conference titled, "From
Cost Arbitrage to Value Creation Through Service
Excellence", was recently organized by ASSOCHAM.
Decision makers and top executives from top Indian
and International BPOs participated at the
conference.
The conference featured
presentations on diverse business aspects of BPO
industry in India such as Service, Transformation
and Operational Excellence, Cost Arbitrage,
Leveraging Technology, Using Six Sigma for
Predictability, etc.
Punit Jain, VP Sales and
Marketing, Newgen Software elaborated on BPM's
role in achieving operational excellence in BPOs.
Pointing out vital concern areas for BPOs such as
Ensuring Quality, Meeting SLAs, Cost Optimization,
Risk Mitigation and Flexibility, he discussed how
BPM - with its end-to-end Automation of business
processes, Straight Through Processing, Integration
with Business Systems, Measurements, Tracking,
Reporting and Control mechanisms - can help BPOs
address these areas. He also explained how Newgen
Software is helping a number of BPOs achieve
operational excellence. The conference was held on
20th December, 2006 at Hotel Janpath, New Delhi.
