Business Processes of a Leading US Healthcare

Software registered a big win with order from
IBM Daksh, the India-based BPO arm of IBM that
provides BPO services to the US healthcare
organization. The order is for the automating
the Medicare and Medicaid products business
process of one of the largest Healthcare company
in the USA. The deal marks an entry of Newgen
Software in the lucrative and rapidly growing
Healthcare outsourcing space, which is among the
top three outsourcing industries in the USA
today.
The
solution involves workflow automation for
Healthcare Product Enrolment and Renewal
processes for the Healthcare company. The
implementation will span across Sales,
Marketing, Operations and Services divisions of
the company The solution is based on flagship
Newgen products, OmniFlowT and OmniDocsT.
The implementation involves interaction with
core healthcare applications of the end client.
The solution will also ensure compliance to
relevant HIPAA guidelines.
The order
demonstrates increasing confidence of the
world's top companies in Indian solution
providers. The order would provide a strong
impetus to Newgen Software's effort in being a
