The organization decided to have a solution that aligns with its requirements to automate the Accounts Payable process including the Fixed Asset management. As per the Newgen’s solution, the invoices are received at the Shared Service Center (SSC) where the process of scanning, indexing and exporting data to Newgen’s OmniFlow^TM is accomplished. The invoices are later scanned across the different locations to be processed at the SSCs.
