IL&FS, the Infrastructure Development Giant, Procures Newgen Solution
IL&FS Securities Services Ltd., (ISSL), a subsidiary of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd.- the leading infrastructure development and finance company in India, chose Newgen Software for automating and reliably managing their documents.
ISSL was looking for a document management system to efficiently manage its electronic and paper document for their F&O and Depository department. In addition, ISSL also required migrating its existing documents from Stex system to Newgen OmniDocs?. The solution, in addition to OmniDocs?, would include OmniScan?, LDAP and OmniAquire?. The project would be finished in two phases, OmniDocs Implementation and Migration from Stax.
ISSL is a subsidiary of IL&FS. The current business portfolio consists of depository services, custodian services, providing professional clearing services, on the cash and derivative segments of the exchanges, professional clearing services on the commodities exchanges.
