The bank wants to automate the Loan Origination System (LOS) process across its branches. The process serves both corporate and retail clients. The bank is also rolling out a new system where there will be greater concentration of work at Head Office, which is currently being done at the province level. Newgen Solution would help the bank do it effectively. As of now, clients are served essentially at their own outlets. With the solution, the bank would be able to process client requests seamlessly across outlets. Newgen solution incorporates OmniFlowTM, the BPM system and OmniDocsTM, the enterprise document management system. The solution will be tightly integrated with the core banking system, Finacle. Newgen solution will also be used for streamlined processing of internal bills and contracts.
