Centillion Solutions and Services: Banking on Newgen
Centillion Solutions and Services Ltd., the Shared Services Center of Centurion Bank of Punjab, recently chose Newgen to automate and streamline its various banking processes including Retail Loan Assets.
The solution, based on OmniFlowTM, OmniDocsTM, and OmniScanTM, includes automation of about 20 processes including the Shared Presentation process, which is a key process in knowledge outsourcing. Newgen emerged the winner amongst a host of competing vendors on account of speed of implementation and ease of use of the solution.
With Newgen solution, Centillion expects to reap a number of benefits such as lower cost of processing; better monitoring of processes, people and transactions; and speedy ROI realization. The solution would be implemented in Bangalore, Pune, and Gurgaon, with the total number of users expected to go up to 1500 within a year.
