Enterprise Applications:
 
Document Image Archival & Enterprise Content Management: This process converts both scanned and e-mail documents into electronic images. It acts as a central repository making fast retrieval of the documents in a distributed environment without any document loss.This process is possible because OmniDocs allows seamless & immediate access availability to image documents across enterprise and different locations.
 
Collaboration Across the Enterprise: This provides in built workflow allowing documents and file flow and of all chain decision making that requires inputs from multiple people in an organization.
 
E-mail Archival: This feature enables enterprises to efficiently store and manage exponentially growing number of e-mails, thereby ensuring regulatory compliance and better server performance. E-mails can be quickly archived to lower-cost storage media without compromising accessibility and on-demand availability.

Egovernance:
This is an online file tracking system as they move up in hierarchy for government organizations. OmniDocs also provides specific interfaces called White-Hall with the look and feel as that of a government file.

 
Image Enable ERP, CRM and Core Banking Applications: This makes the documents available whenever needed during the transaction. This feature also associates transactions in the third party application.
 
Records Management: This is an extensive feature of OmniDocs. It not only allows Record Management Policies to be defined and implemented, but also helps in managing paper documents in paper form, as it is not feasible to scan and image all files in an organization.
 
Knowledge Management: It is the gathering and identifying content from documents, reports, and other sources for the purpose of searching and using that content for meaningful relationship. It links people and teams to associated documents. It requires an extensive role based framework and the capability for transfer & re-use of knowledge and expertise search and re-use.
