Indexing/ Re-Indexing: The reports get compressed and indexed on user defined fields. Re-indexing accommodates changes in the Report format by re-indexing an already indexed Report. This increases flexibility for incorporating frequent changes in the Report |
Export/ Import: This feature helps in purging data onto a CD or any other storage device. Data can therefore be moved to another location or a copy of the data can be maintained at a separate location. The import feature provides flexibility in moving reports to another location or system where you have an existing OmniReports database |

Any user can directly go on to the relevant page(s) having annotations put by some other user Full Text Search: Convenient in finding a text fields in the report. It is a more focused text based search |
Group and Report Level Search: Group level search facilitates searching a record, which is common between different reports. Report level search helps in searching different records in a single report |
Filter Search: Using this feature you can search on a combination of headers and multiple occurring records of a report |

| Accessing and Viewing Reports |

| You can create user groups, assign unique ID's and passwords to ensure restricted access to reports. You can also assign rights of access at the report level to various people in the group for printing, viewing and exporting a report. |
Layout: Browser based access to designed reports helps in generation of duplicate bills for customers. Users can take printout of bills |
Splitting Window: Using this feature two transaction details in a single report can be compared for reference |
Zooming: Enables ease in operation by giving the user the facility to view a report in the desired size. Browsing can be done between various pages of a report. You can also browse by search pages |
