It works on Windows Server platforms. The Extraction Server runs independently, without requiring any human intervention and supports volumes ranging up to millions of forms. It is a queue-based service that continuously picks up forms and extracts them on the basis of their definitions. The Server internally integrates multiple third party recognition engines for Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
This is primarily a server side Administrative tool for monitoring and controlling batches submitted for extraction. The Manager can View/ Modify Batch Status, Export Data and Images, Define Forms, Purge and Generate/ Print Audit Reports.
It is a complete Form-Template definition module that allows Definition of Data Zones. It also Test-Verifies a template for instant confidence building.
The Scan Station allows easy organization of Forms into Batches, while leveraging all scanner-specific capabilities. It includes Neural Network-based dynamic Form Identification and Segregation features.
The Verification Station is responsible for validating and correcting extracted data through seamless juxtaposition of the image with extracted data. Intelligent notifications allow quick substitution of doubtful characters.
