Distribution Engine

The distribution engine helps to disperse all generated communication through different delivery channels based on the rules defined. The distribution engine supports the following four delivery channels:

Print and Delivery Tracking Service:
The service provides rule based distributed printing or centralized printing and also supports definition of distribution criteria. The service allows for content suppression for active channeling and support for outsource printing. It also supports automatic sorting and enveloping. Tracking of returned mails is easily done by quick scanning of barcodes to constantly update the status of mailing addresses. Tracking helps in defining alternate strategies in case of returned mails for e.g. stopping mails after three consecutive delivery failures and sending only electronic statements.

Email Delivery and Tracking Service:
This service has the option of creating output emails as embedded HTML body or as PDF attachments. The PDFs attachments are password protected. Status of mail deliveries is tracked and corrective actions planned in case of bounced mails.

Web Publishing Services:
The web publishing services help to provide customer communication on the Web that can be easily accessed by customers’ on-demand. It also ensures integration support with Portals and creation of portlets.

Mobile Services:
The mobile services ensure that customer receive correspondence through SMS notifications/alerts. The services are designed for mobile device specific output.
