Content Workflow Management Software

OmniFlow : Content Workflow Management Features:
OmniFlow uses a Process Modeler which is a drag and drop modeling tool that lets enterprise users collaboratively design a business process creating a strong workflow management of enterprise content . The Modeling tool provides inbuilt process artifacts (e.g. Business Objects like Customer Details, Document Checklist, and Form Fragments etc.) for quick process composition. It combines several tools to engender checklists, exception handling, document handling and data entry. An integrated form designer is used for designing intuitive and interactive forms.The process modeler also offers a collaborative chat option, which users can leverage to discuss various aspects the process and process design. Allowing user interactions with other authors simultaneous updates and improvements can be undertaken in the process design leading to the creation of optimized processes.
The simulator tool allows process owners to simulate the process on either production, historical or estimated test data. Users can define multiple scenarios based on estimates and compare these scenarios against each other. The Simulator enables a process owner to assess ‘what if’ scenarios and achieve a measure of predictability before deploying the process in production.
Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) & Analytics
Newgen’s BPMS lets users configure and create monitoring dashboards with the help of its Business Activity Monitor tool (BAM). These dashboards can be configured to deliver drilled down information on process and content engagement to different stakeholders such as senior management, operations manager and process participants. It enables customized alerts based on rules defined in the dashboards for each category of user enabling corrective action as the process is being executed. An extensive capability to define KPI of each task is made available through the BAM.Additionally iBPS Analytics Engine is responsible for slicing and dicing of process data and for active, on-demand and predictive analysis.
Business Rules Management
Dynamic rules can be defined through the Business Rules Management. This eliminates the need to define/embed business rules or policies in the process while retaining only process routing logic. The rules can be changed in run time in specific applications and immediately executed in the process without any need to change the process.
Complex Event Processing
Newgen iBPS supports the definition, subscription, and robust handling of business events. Future market opportunities and potential threats can be assessed and actions can be triggered to cash or mitigate the scenario.Newgen iBPS is loaded with extensive capabilities to define exceptions in processes and trigger actions associated with events. An event can be created by specifying its attributes such as name, type, severity, etc. iBPS enables multiple sub-processes to subscribe to a single event. Further, iBPS integrates with other systems, for processing external events.
Social Media Integration
iBPS has adapters for social media, allowing businesses to identify prospects, acquire new customers, cross-sell/ up-sell products/services, and manage service requests, using social platforms. For example customers can use social media channels such as Facebook or Twitter to initiate service requests such as complaints, queries, feedback, etc.
Management and Administration
Newgen BPMS has tools to setup and deploy and transport the same from development to UAT and production environment through mouse click. Inherent user management capabilities exist in the product along with the ability to integrate with industry standard directory systems. System and process health monitoring tools are available for the system administrators. OmniFlow is available on premise and on cloud.
