Newgen is currently assessed at Maturity Level 4 of CMM, what we aspire to achieve by 2007 end is to be assessed at Level 5 of CMMI. This will give us an ability to optimize processes to achieve improved results. As part of the CMMI level 5 initiative, our process capabilities will focus on cause identification and technologies incorporation-tools, methods and processes-so as to facilitate continuous improvement in software quality and productivity.
