Newgen uses its scalable, platform independent DMS platform to offer Image Enablement solutions for SAP. It provides the critical functionality of viewing images in SAP environment. The solution enables bulk & distributed scanning of paper documents (Invoices, POC, etc.) and exporting to SAP for direct association with SAP Business Objects/Transactions. Post linking, the documents are viewable from the SAP screens directly.

The solution also enables archiving of all Incoming & Outgoing Documents in the DMS repository that serves as a central and secure archive.
